Sunnyvale, Calif. June 6, 2007 ZeroG Wireless, an innovator in low power RF IC design, announced today that it has successfully closed its first round of funding. Investors in the initial round include Cisco, Greylock Partners and Morgenthaler. Over $13 million has been raised for the ongoing research, development and manufacture of its innovative low power RF products.
Focused on low power, ZeroG's unique approach to analog and RF design expands the number of devices that can be wirelessly connected.

Tom Lee, PhD, is a tenured Professor at Stanford University, where he established the CMOS wireless IC research program. Professor Lee is also a successful entrepreneur, having co-founded Matrix Semiconductor. He holds 43 U.S. patents, is author of two books, including the first textbook focused on RF CMOS design, and is co-author of four additional books focused on RF circuit design.
